The minimum hire period is 3 days for UK hires. If you are going into Europe the minimum hire is 7 days.

We do reserve to right to increase booking fees, which depend on time of year due to festivals, sporting events etc.

Please contact our office in an email with your query given all details in relation to any of these and we can go away to the insurance company and get a rental quotation. We will need the following:

• Date of your offence
• Date of your conviction
• Endorsement /offence code
• Fine amount you paid
• Ban period
• Number of points issued on your license
• Any additional information you would like to supply that may be of help to us for insurance and rental price.

To make a booking please make contact us either via the quote form, email or by phone on 07772088886, we will then check availability on our motorhomes as it is a first come first served basis. If we have availability and you want to book you will need to pay the booking deposit which is non refundable.

Yes we would require a £500.00 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, this will come off the remaining balance which is due 6 weeks before you are due to collect the motorhome for your hire. (Unless we have stated otherwise on your booking confirmation email)

If you want to book a 3 day hire, the deposit would be half the amount of your quote.

If you were booking within the 6 weeks of the collection date then we would require the full amount of your quote. It will be classed as non-refundable your payment.

On the collection of the motorhome for your hire, we require a security deposit (excess), which must be paid by the main driver/hirer. If you do not live in the UK we will only accept a bank transfer.

Yes there is excess to pay. This is also your security deposit.

An excess of £1000.00 when you rent in low, mid and high season will apply to every hire.

An excess of £1250.00 when you hire in the winter seasons and for festivals.

An excess of £2000.00 when you hire for a high risk event such as Euro football etc will apply to every hire. If the driver/hirer has any points, convictions or endorsements on your driving license the security deposit will vary.

The excess is amount for your booking is payable on each and every damage, loss, accident, claim and insurance claim.

The following is not covered by our insurance:

• Over head damage
• Width restriction damage
• Any damage by gross negligence, hirers induced, preventable, overloading or misuse
• All motorhome accessories
• Any internal damage including stains, marks etc
• Any additional extras you have hired by damage or taken
• The accessories it was hired out with
• Any unauthorised repairs, parts, recovery etc
• Any unauthorised parts, costs, charges etc

The hirer is liable for all of the above and will be charged the full amount.

Yes you can protect your security deposit.

There are many companies on the Internet that will be able to provide you with motorhome hire excess insurance.

We recommend you do this.

The answer is yes.

You would need to let us know when you are enquiring to ensure the places you want to visit so we can insure you.

Yes we do allowed dogs in our motorhomes. When booking with us please let us know if you are taking your dog while you hire our motorhome. We do ask that you do not allow the dog on and soft furnishings and not to leave them unattended in the motorhome.

Any damages caused you are liable as the hirer with your security deposit, plus the animal cleaning charge on top. So please ensure you have cleaned thoroughly inside the motorhome before returning at the end of your hire.

More than 6 weeks (over 42 days) notice:

Your non-refundable booking deposit or the rental charge, whichever is the lesser amount.

Less than 6 weeks (under 42 days) notice:

100% of the total hire charge-no refund will be issued this will include if you fail to collect the vehicle or give us the whole identification/driver not within our criteria.
